The device (1) has a rolling frame (3) laterally fixed at a motorized machine (2) by two articulations (4, 5), where the articulations are located respectively in front and rear of the motorized machine along a longitudinal axis (X-X') of the motorized machine for relatively pivoting the rolling frame and the motorized machine around the axis. A vertical mast (11) is integrated to the rolling frame, where the vertical mast has a hedge trimmer (12) with adjustable height.
