PURPOSE: A robot for inspecting and repairing a pipe is provided to enable a user to check the repaired state of a pipe even if the user's view becomes blurred. CONSTITUTION: A robot for inspecting and repairing a pipe comprises a robot body(100), a tool(125), a rotating unit, a moving unit, a support bar(130), a laser irradiator(140), and a camera(160). The tool eliminates an abnormal part in a pipe using a bit(127). The rotating unit rotates the tool in a circumference direction. The moving unit moves the tool. The laser irradiator irradiates a laser beam in an inclined direction and forms a ray on the inner wall of the pipe. The camera photographs the ray.
