PURPOSE: An access distributed device and a method thereof are provided to generate dissimilar TTL information by adding a constant value which is defined as a sequential accumulation value to a TTL which is fundamentally allotted to each client terminal. CONSTITUTION: An access distributed system comprises a plurality of client terminals(10) and servers(20). The server transmits contents by permitting the access of the client terminal through the mobile radio communications network. The client terminal comprises all terminals which transmits and receives data through mobile radio communications network such as a cellular phone and a PDA. The client terminal comprises an application module for executing transmitted contents and a client module receiving the contents through the server. The server comprises a web application server(210) offering the contents, and contents DB(220) managing the contents, and an access distribution device(30) distributing the access request time point information of the client terminal.
