PURPOSE: A driving circuit for a liquid crystal display device is provided to perform a stable operation when external power is abnormal by continuously receiving additional power. CONSTITUTION: A common voltage output unit(130) communicates with an external system(110). The common voltage output unit generates a variable common voltage(Vcom). A power supply unit(140) offers an operating voltage to the common voltage output unit. A memory(120) receives operation voltage from the external system or a power supply unit.
