PRODUCTION METHOD OF RECOMBINANT HUMAN PRETHROMBIN 2 USING LOW TEMPERATURE INCUBATED E.COLI EXPRESSION VECTOR

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for preparing prethrombin 2 using E.coli vector at low temperature is provided to induce prothrombin 2 expression and to cheaply obtain human prethrombin 2 protein in a high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A low temperature expression E.coli expression vector, pCPET2 vector contains a recombinant human prethrombin 2 gene from RNA of human hepatocytes. A transformant BL21(CEPT2) of E.coli is prepared by transforming the E.coli with the pCPET2 expression vector.
