PURPOSE: An inversion table is provided, which is capable of stretching the waist and backbone using the upper body weight in the state of being reversely hung on and backwardly spreading the waist and backbone. CONSTITUTION: An inversion table includes: a body frame(100) which supports a rotary shaft at the upper end part; a waist support part(210) which is combined with an elastic member; an upper body support part(220) which is connected to the front and rear part of the waist support part back; a bed(200) which is equipped with a lower body support part(230); a first cylinder and a second cylinder(300a,300b) which support the weight of the bed and rotate the bed using the interaction with each other and bend the waist support part convexly; and a footrest(400) which is combined with the end of the lower body support part to enable a user to rest the foot thereon.
