PURPOSE: A medium for massive production of spirulina which produces bio energy is provided to enhance biomass of spirulina and to reduce medium producing cost. CONSTITUTION: A medium for massive production of micro algae spirulina which produces bio energy is prepared using human urine as a nutritional medium. The dilution ratio and optimal culture temperature is 1/200 and 30°C. The cultured spirulina produces lipid which is a bio diesel ingredient and carbon dioxide which is a bio ethanol ingredient.
