FIELD: nanotechnologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: to synthesise individual carbon nanotubes (CNT), tartrate of the following composition is used: (M1)x(M2)1-xC4H4O64H2O, where Xëñ0.04, M1 represents Fe, Co, Ni or any mixture of them, M2 - alkali-earth metal from the range of Ba, Sr. Tubular reactor is filled with inertial gas and heated up to temperature of tartrate decay, doped tartrate is placed and is decomposed. Produced catalytic system made of powder of alkali-earth metal oxide carrier with particles of metal M1 distributed in it is taken out to cold zone of reactor. Source of carbon is supplied into reactor for synthesis of CNT heated up to 600-1000 C, and produced catalytic system is introduced there as well. On completion of synthesis, supply of carbon source is interrupted, and plant is cooled down to room temperature. ^ EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce individual carbon nanotubes with narrow distribution of up to 20 nm along diametre. ^ 2 dwg, 5 ex |
