摘要 FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be implemented at soldering bimetallic units of combustion chamber of liquid-propellant jets (LPJ) with open internal cavities. To avoid adhesion coating is applied on thin-walled process shell before soldering. Process shell is inserted inside a soldered unit. Upon soldering an insertion is concentrically installed inside the process shell. The insertion has milled lengthwise grooves on external surface. Perimetre of the insertion in each cross section is equal to perimetre of the process shell. Compressed air is supplied inside the soldered unit. Due to air pressure the process shell is gradually blown into and is laid in the grooves of the insertion forming a gap with internal surface of the unit, whereupon it is extracted. ^ EFFECT: removing process shell upon soldering avoiding damage of unit surface. ^ 1 dwg
