<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning liquid sufficiently removing an agricultural chemical remaining on the surface of a farm product such as vegetable. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning liquid is used for cleaning a farm product such as vegetable to remove an agricultural chemical remaining on the surface of the farm product. The cleaning liquid is an aqueous spreading agent solution which is obtained by dissolving a spreading agent capable of being blended with an agricultural chemical into water or an electrolytically generated acidic water.
