<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meeting room reservation system and a meeting room reservation method, allowing a user to easily reserve a desired meeting room. <P>SOLUTION: The meeting room reservation system includes: a meeting room provider terminal managed by a provider of a meeting room; a meeting room user terminal managed by a user of the meeting room; and a control device which are mutually connected by a communication network. The control device includes at least a database formation unit which forms a database based on information for a plurality of meeting rooms transmitted from one or more meeting room provider terminals; and a meeting room reservation execution unit which sorts and reserves a meeting room matched to a meeting room use condition transmitted from the meeting room user terminal, reports the reservation content to the meeting room user terminal, and updates the database according to the reservation content. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
