<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress output of an unwanted signal from a sensor component accompanying a change in temperature of the sensor component, which includes and uses a vibrating type sensor element. <P>SOLUTION: The sensor component supports a package 8, which seals the vibrating type sensor element in the inside space of a resin case 9 through a plurality of lead terminals 27, and includes: a frame 30 which is provided between the package 8 and the resin case 9 for the lead terminals 27, to line up the plurality of lead terminals 27 at predetermined intervals; and an air gap 31 provided between this frame 30 and the package 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
