<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warning device for hardly generating habituation to warning, and for improving warning effects. <P>SOLUTION: The warning device includes a contact possibility determination part 11 for determining the contact possibility of an own vehicle and an obstacle, wherein there are a plurality of different warning levels, each of which is set according to the extent of the contact possibility determined by the contact possibility determination part 11.
