PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user evaluation input apparatus capable of recognizing the evaluation by a user on an action of a device. SOLUTION: The user input evaluation apparatus 1 includes a navigation ECU 10 controlling an action of a navigation system 3 and an NG evaluation input button 2 for inputting the evaluation of the action of the navigation system 3 by the user. When the evaluation is input to the NG evaluation input button 2 after the action of the navigation system 3 controlled by the navigation ECU 10, it is recognized that the evaluation is the evaluation of the action. In accordance with the user input evaluation apparatus 1, because the evaluation of the action of the navigation system 3 by the user is recognized, the navigation ECU 10 can learn preference or the like of a driver, and the user satisfaction level for the action of the navigation system 3 is thereby enhanced.
