<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch over click-stop feeling even if it is in power disconnection state. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first click-stop mechanism 19 is installed between a first click-stop rotary member 4 which rotates integrally with an operating knob 1 and a first housing part-forming projection 15 of a second click-stop rotary member 5, a second click-stop mechanism 35 is installed between the second click-stop rotary member 5 and a second housing part-forming projection 31 of a third click-stop rotary member 6, and a third click-stop mechanism 44 is installed between the third click-stop rotary member 6 and a third housing part-forming projection 40 of a click-stop fixing member 3. A mechanical switching mechanism 48 is provided which switches over so as to make effective one of the click-stop mechanisms 19, 35, 44 by selectively restraining and releasing rotation of the click-stop rotary members 4, 5, 6 based on the pressing operation of a pressing member 49.
