<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door closer capable of being installed without boring holes to fittings by screws by using an insertion type member for preventing the filling repairs of screw traces after a removal or the replacement of the fittings. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A catch type door-closer body mounting member is mounted for fitting the door closer to the upper part of a door body, and an insertion type bracket mounting member is mounted for fitting a bracket to the upper frame of a door. Fixing bolts are suitable for the door-closer body mounting member and the bracket mounting member for fixing the mounting members, and fixed to the door body and the door upper frame by clamping the fixing bolts respectively.
