<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle equipment controller which enables an occupant or a loaded cargo to avoid contacting with an inner wall or interior trim of a vehicle when a seat is adjusted. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The on-vehicle equipment controller 1, which controls the position of a seat 33 of a vehicle 3, enables an occupant's body to avoid contacting with the interior trim or the inner wall of a vehicle by including: a 3D imaging device 31, which detects the three-dimensional position of a part of an occupant's body; a distance detection section 22, which obtain a distance L between a part of the occupant's body and the interior trim or the inner wall of the vehicle based on the three-dimensional position; and a seat control section 23, which controls the position of the seat so that the distance L obtained by the distance detection section 22 is not reduced to a predetermined distance or less.
