<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cathode plate for a nonaqueous battery excellent in impregnation property of electrolyte solution and moreover in productivity and reliability, and provide an electrode group for a nonaqueous battery and its manufacturing method, a square-shaped nonaqueous secondary battery, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The cathode plate for a nonaqueous battery includes a both-face coated part 14 with a cathode active layer 13 formed on both faces of a current collecting core material 12, a core material exposed part 18 which is an end part of the current collecting core material 12 and includes no cathode active material layer 13 formed, and a single face coated part 17 which is arranged between the both-face coated part 14 and the core material exposed part 18 and includes the cathode active material layer 13 formed on one face only of the current collecting core material 12. A plurality of grooves 10 are formed slanted in a longitudinal direction of the cathode plate 2 on both faces of the both-face coated part 14, and the groove parts 10 are not formed on the single face coated part 17. A cathode current collecting lead 20 is connected with the core material exposed part 18. The cathode plate 2 is wound around with the core material exposed part 18 as a winding end, or is folded in zigzag winding as an uppermost layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
