CREDIT DETERMINING SYSTEM, ON-VEHICLE DEVICE, AND CREDIT DETERMINING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a credit determining system which can efficiently and appropriately perform credit determination even when there is no time for performing credit determination of all cards.

SOLUTION: When a vehicle passes through a roadside device placed in front of an entrance gate of a tollbooth, an on-vehicle device requests a "usage history" stored in an ETC card, and, in response to this, the ETC card transmits the "usage history" to the on-vehicle device. The on-vehicle device determines priority for credit determination from reliability of the currently loaded ETC card based on the "usage history".
