PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a honing device and a honing method capable of simultaneously applying honing of different finishing diameters relative to a plurality of different kinds of works by a compact device constitution so as to attain efficiency of the honing by enhancing general use property of a honing line. SOLUTION: A first hone head 2 and a second hone head 5 are integrally connected by a connection part 4 for relatively non-rotatably connecting mutually them in the state that they are penetrated to respective penetration holes 8b, 9b. By a first hone head support part 3 and a second hone head support part 6, they are supported integrally rotation-drivably around an axis X and integrally reciprocation-displaceably in an axial direction on the axis X.
