<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology preventing a phenomenon of gradual increase of noise and instability of effect, without needing any complicated process nor adhesion using a volatile organic solvent. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A bush 20 arranged between a bracket 32 and a stabilizer bar 100 is made of a thermoplastic elastomer. The bush 20 made of the thermoplastic elastomer is formed by injection molding using a molten thermoplastic elastomer. As the bush 20 is formed by the injection molding, the bush 20 is welded to the stabilizer bar 100, and also welded to the bracket 32.
