摘要 <p>The construction of a mold for forming a part having a shaft and a form part, comprises an upper stamp (6) and a lower stamp (5), which are arranged in the mold (10) in order to vertically move a shaft seat (4) that is arranged in the upper stamp, and to a core rod (3) that is arranged in the lower stamp. The core rod is equipped on its upper surface with an insert hole for the reception of a section of the shaft. The shaft seat and the lower stamp of the shaft that is inserted in the insert hole compress a powder that is filled in the mold between the upper and lower stamps. The construction of a mold for forming a part having a shaft and a form part, comprises an upper stamp (6) and a lower stamp (5), which are arranged in the mold (10) in order to vertically move a shaft seat (4) that is arranged in the upper stamp, and to a core rod (3) that is arranged in the lower stamp. The core rod is equipped on its upper surface with an insert hole for the reception of a section of the shaft. The shaft seat and the lower stamp of the shaft that is inserted in the insert hole compress a powder that is filled in the mold between the upper and lower stamps in order to form the part. The mold comprises a cylinder head body with fluid pressure channels that are arranged along a middle axis of the head body in a tube and fixations. The fluid pressure channels comprise a cylinder part and a piston arranged at the cylinder part and move the cylinder head body in back- and forth manner. The mold is arranged between the cylinder parts from the cylinder part of the fluid pressure channels. The fixations are mounted on the piston and are actuated through the piston along the middle axis and the powder applied on the mold at the place is compressed along the middle axis to receive a form part. The fluid pressure channels have first, second and third fluid pressure cylinder, which are arranged in the cylinder head body in a tube along the middle axis. The first, second and third fluid pressure cylinders and first, second and third pistons are arranged on the cylinder part and move along the middle axis of the cylinder head body in back- and forth manner. The first fixation comprises a middle hole along the middle axis and positioning guide holes that are arranged around the middle hole. The second fixation has a middle hole with diameter like the middle hole of the first fixation and/or positioning guide holes with diameter like the positioning guide holes of the first fixation. The third fixation has a core part that is movably mounted along the middle axis and/or connection poles that are concentrically arranged around the core part. The first, second and third pistons are actuated and movable along the middle axis. The first fixation and the second fixation are arranged to each other so that the position of the middle hole and the middle hole of the first and second fixations and the position of the positioning guide holes and the positioning guide holes of the first and second fixations match. The core part of the third fixation is pressed in the middle hole of the second fixation and the connection poles are pressed in the positioning guide holes in the second fixation in order to form a filling hole in the mold. The cylinder head body is equipped with middle guide parts in order to provide the first, second and third piston along the middle axis. The fluid pressure is hydraulic oil pressure or air pressure. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for forming a part having a shaft and a form part; (2) a part having a shaft and a form part; and (3) a core rod in a construction of the mold.</p>
