PURPOSE: A building device system and a control method thereof are provided to determines priorities about a plurality of commands, thereby controlling the operation of building device according to the priorities. CONSTITUTION: A control unit comprises next. If a first and a second commands is inputted, a data management unit(30_1) determines priorities of the first and the second commands according to priority information. After a first point of time passes, a command determination unit determines whether clears commands are inputted about the first and the second commands based on a second point of time. A control unit(30_3) sets the priorities to control operation about the building device. |
