<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejector contributing in further improvement of flow rate control in a low flow rate region, and a fuel cell system using the ejector. <P>SOLUTION: The ejector 50 includes a body 60, a nozzle 80, a needle 70, and a diffuser 90 sucking a second fluid by negative pressure generated by a first fluid blown out from the nozzle 80, mixing those fluids and making them flow out. The ejector 50 includes a first and a second diaphragm 100, 110 capable of displacing the nozzle 80 in an axial direction of the needle 70, and a first fluid chamber 41 to which the first fluid is supplied. A valve 77 which is provided with a valve element 77b at one of the nozzle 80 and the needle 70, and with a valve seat 77a at another, and in which the valve element 77b is seated on and separated from the valve seat 77a by displacement of the nozzle is constructed in the first fluid chamber 41. A back pressure chamber 81b connecting to the first fluid chamber 41 via the valve 77 is provided between a trunk portion of the nozzle 80 and a basal part 73 of the needle 70. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
