<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming electrodes of a crystal-controlled vibrator that enhances productivity by preventing deterioration in the vibration characteristics due to the displacement of exciting electrodes. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of forming electrodes of a crystal-controlled vibrator in which excitation electrodes 4(ab) are provided facing each other in the one principal plane, and the other principal plane of a crystal piece 1 and a lead electrode 5(ab) is extended to both sides of the one end part of the excitation electrodes, protruded displacement of the excitation electrode 4(ab) of the one principal plane for the other principal plane in the other end part as the opposite side of the one end part of the crystal piece 1 is deleted with irradiation of gas ion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
