<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a deviation between pixel grounding-line potential and ground potential in an imaging device. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging device includes pixels arranged into a two-dimensional matrix form and each having a photoelectric conversion part for converting light into an electrical signal; a plurality of vertical signal lines connected with the pixels, arranged in the column direction, in the column direction so as to receive the electrical signals read out from the pixels; each pixel grounding-line for supplying ground potential to each pixel; each signal amplifying part for amplifying the electrical signal read out by each vertical signal line; and an amplifying-part grounding-line provided separately from each pixel grounding-line so as to supply ground potential to each signal amplifying part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
