<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dried food arousing buying intention of consumers by surely preventing taste transfer and color transfer from a soluble seasoning base material to a dried ingredient, and putting flavor when eating into a condition close to natural flavor, and to provide a method for producing the dried food. <P>SOLUTION: The dried food comprising a soluble seasoning base material dried by freeze-drying, and a dried ingredient dried by freeze-drying is obtained by forming the soluble seasoning base material and the dried ingredient in a block of a different prescribed size, and combining the block of the soluble seasoning base material and the block of the dried ingredient followed by wrapping in one packaging. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
