<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a transmission system for vehicles which can suppress slip due to excess of driving force transmitted to a front wheel in a 4WD (four wheel drive) vehicle which drives a rear wheel with a motor. <P>SOLUTION: When it is determined that a snow switch 53 is ON by a driving condition determination means 90, the control device does not increase only a front wheel driving force Ffr in order to attain the demanding driving force Fuser, since a rear wheel driving force Frr is restricted by a driving force determination means 100 to not more than the rear wheel maximum driving force Frrmax determined from the rear wheel maximum driving force map of Fig.7 (not shown) regardless whether or not the demanding driving force Fuser is larger than the controlled total driving force Fcontrol, and a rear wheel driving force allocation rate R (actual value) is made a rear wheel driving force allocation rate R (calculated value) determined by a driving force allocation rate determination means 94 from a map of the rear wheel driving force allocation rate of Fig.6 (not shown).
