<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical article for forming a reflection prevention layer superior in electrification prevention and durability. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a lens 10 having a plastic lens base material 1 and the transmissive reflection prevention layer 3 formed via a hard coat layer 2 on the base material 1 and siliciding the surface 33 of one layer 32 of the reflection prevention layer 3. Concerning the lens sample, a sheet resistance is smaller by three figures to six figures (10<SP>3</SP>-10<SP>6</SP>) as compared with the conventional sample, and includes superior chemical resistance and moisture resistance without remarkable increase of optical absorption loss. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
