<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing belt for a vehicle seat easily attached to the vehicle seat and having sure fixing performance for a wearing person, without being conspicuous from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: This fixing belt for a vehicle seat is constituted of a pair of seat back fixing belts 2 vertically laid on a seat back 6 of the vehicle seat to be located on both sides of a headrest 8 in an upper part of the vehicle seat, and a pair of body fixing belts 3 provided in the midway of each belt of the pair of seat back fixing belts 2 to fix the belt wearing person from both of shoulders and armpits of the belt wearing person sitting on the vehicle seat.
