<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna integrated type heat generating film having excellent evenness of heat generation. <P>SOLUTION: The antenna integrated type heat generating film 10 includes a band-shaped antenna part 14 formed on a surface of a transparent film body 12 along a longitudinal direction, and a band-shaped heat generating part 16 formed beneath the antenna part 14 along a longitudinal direction of the antenna part 14. The antenna part 14 is formed so as to occupy a predetermined width along one longitudinal side 12A of the film body 12, and includes an antenna conductive layer 18 formed of a metal linear part 19. The heat generating part 16 includes a conductive layer 20 for heat generation arranged in a band shape. The conductive layer 20 for heat generation includes a mesh pattern 24 having many intersections of a grid formed of conductive metal fine wires 22, and a first electrode 26 and second electrode 28 formed approximately parallel and in an approximately same length on both end parts of the mesh pattern 24.
