<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage water heater capable of improving the efficiency of heat exchange, and to supply high-temperature hot water instantaneously. <P>SOLUTION: The storage water heater includes: an outer can 1 forming a hot water storage chamber 3 between the outer can 1 and an inner can 2 provided inside; a combustion chamber 5 formed in the inner can 2 and a combustion burner 4 facing the combustion chamber; and a plurality of smoke tubes 6 for making the combustion chamber 5 communicate with an exhaust chamber 7 at the upper side of the outer can through the hot water storage chamber 3. By heat exchange by the combustion of the combustion burner 4 and the discharge of exhaust gas through the smoke tubes 6, water in the hot water storage chamber 3 is heated to be converted to hot water, and supplied from a hot water supply port 13 provided at an upper end of the outer can 1. A plurality of partition plates 9 for horizontally partitioning the hot water storage chamber 3 into a plurality of flow passages 10 are provided in the hot water storage chamber 3, and communication ports 11 are alternately formed at ends of the respective partition plates 9 so as to form a meandering passage 14 including a smoke pipe 9 from a water supply port 12 in the lower part of the outer can 1 toward the hot water supply port 13 in the upper part. Thus, this can improve the efficiency of heat exchange efficiency, can instantaneously supply high-temperature hot water, and can prevent the flow of waste water so as to achieve the economic and energy-saving storage water heater. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
