PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly generate a damping force, as to a front fork, in particular, in a damping force generation mechanism capable of regulating the damping force built in the front fork. SOLUTION: A front form body 1 is constituted by fitting a vehicle body side tube 2 to a wheel side tube 3 to be slidable, and a both-rod type damper 4 is stored in the front fork, the both-rod type damper 4 has the first flow channel 10 provided in a piston body 9 of the both-rod type damper 4 and for communicating unidirectionally pressure chambers 7, 8 and the second flow channel 11 provided in an outside of a cylinder 5 and for communicating unidirectionally with the pressure chambers 7, 8, and is constituted as uniflow structure, the first flow channel 10 is provided with the first damping force generation mechanism for generating one of an expansion damping force and a pressing damping force, and capable of regulating the damping force, and the second flow channel 11 is provided with the second damping force generation mechanism for generating the other of the expansion damping force and the pressing damping force, and capable of regulating the damping force.
