PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably measure an amount of deformation between images when measuring the amount of deformation between images forming multiple images included in a multi-image picture. SOLUTION: An inter-image deformation amount estimation section 14 estimates the amount of deformation between images forming the multiple images included in the multi-image picture in which the image of an observation object input by an input section 11 is multiplexed, and a reliability calculation section 15 calculates the reliability of the estimated amount of deformation between images forming the multiple images, and an inter-image deformation amount determination section 16 determines the amount of deformation between images forming the multiple images included in the multi-image picture input in the input section 11 on the basis of the calculated reliability and the estimated amount of deformation.
