PURPOSE: A stage and a method for controlling a dispenser with the stage are provided to minimize vibration while liquid crystal droplets are dropped according to pattern data set on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of supporting rods(820) is included in a stage plate. The supporting rods support a substrate. A compression air supply unit(830) supplies compression air between the stage plate and the substrate. The compression air supply unit supports the substrate from the stage plate. An ion generating unit generates an ion between the stage plate and the substrate.
