<p>The invention relates to a group of dwellings, such as a housing complex, comprising a plurality of passive dwellings (H1; H1'; H2; H3; H4) fulfilling at least one, and preferably all, of the following performance criteria: annual heating requirements of less than 15 kWh/m2; housing tightness of n50 ep/m2; heat recovery from extracted air rate of > 75%; and heat loss coefficient U 2K for opaque walls and U 2K for doors and windows. The complex also includes a service room (CT) postioned approximately at the centre of the complex and connected to each dwelling by at least one water network and at least one electrical network, said service room providing water management and electricity management for each dwelling in the complex.</p> |
