PURPOSE: A compound type rigid-frame bridge and a construction method thereof are provided to add external force to a cantilever beam by minimizing the cross section of the foundation of a beam. CONSTITUTION: A compound type rigid-frame bridge comprises a foundation, a vertical concrete wall, a bridge bearing, a PS bar and a beam. Foundation is with a constant interval installed in the ground. The vertical concrete wall is vertically installed in the upper of foundation. The bridge bearing is settled on the top of vertical concrete wall. The PS bar is located on the bottom part inside vertical concrete wall. The PS bar is exposed outside of the partial upper side of the vertical concrete wall. |
