PURPOSE: Thermoelectric materials, and a thermoelectric device and a thermoelectric module including the same are provided to obtain an improved thermoelectric performance by radiating accelerating particles to the thermoelectric materials. CONSTITUTION: An upper electrode(12) is patterned on an upper insulating substrate(11). A lower electrode(22) is patterned on the lower insulating substrate(21). The upper electrode and the lower electrode are contacted with a p-type thermoelectric device(15) and an n-type thermoelectric device(16), respectively. The upper electrode and the lower electrode are connected with the outside using a lead electrode(24).
