<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve the efficiency of energy of a vehicle while performing the vibration control of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: When the vehicle speed V is less than a threshold Vref3, the torque command Tm1* of a motor MG1 is less than a threshold Tref1, the torque command Tm2* of a motor MG2 is less than a threshold Tref2, and the vehicle speed V is in a region of a threshold Vref1 or more and a threshold Vref2 or less, the voltage of a high voltage system is controlled to the input maximum voltage V2 of an inverter if the vibration control is performed, and the voltage of a high voltage system is controlled to the voltage V2 if the vibration control is not performed. Even if the vibration control is performed, it is determined whether the vibration control is required every time a predetermined time elapses (S400-S460). Consequently, excessive vibration control can be avoided and the time when the voltage of a high voltage system is controlled at a low voltage V2 can be lengthened.
