PIXEL AND ORGANIC ELECTRIC FIELD LIGHT-EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel configured to compensate deterioration in an organic light emitting diode, and an organic electric field light-emitting display device using the pixel.

SOLUTION: The pixel includes: an organic light emitting diode emitting or not emitting light according to a data signal; a dummy organic light emitting diode set in a non-light emitting state, regardless of the data signal; a first transistor connected to a scanning line and a data line and turned on when a scanning signal is supplied to the scanning line; a storage capacitor for charging a voltage corresponding to the data signal supplied to the data line; a second transistor for supplying a current corresponding to the voltage charged to the storage capacitor to a second power supply from a first power supply through the organic light emitting diode; and a compensation section connected between the organic light emitting diode and the dummy organic light emitting diode and controlling the voltage of the gate electrode of the second transistor, according to the deterioration in the organic light emitting diode.
