<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately laminate members by using a photo-curing resin or a resin that develops adhesiveness by light, in manufacturing an electro-optic device. <P>SOLUTION: The electro-optic device includes an electro-optic panel and a light-transmitting member to be disposed in the viewing side of the electro-optic panel and adhered to the electro-optic panel with an adhesive. The adhesive contains a photo-curing component. The light-transmitting member includes a light-shielding frame part enclosing an active region that is effective for the display in the electro-optic panel, and the adhesive is applied in the active region enclosed by the light-shielding frame part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
