PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed-through element which is suitable for use in an ignition device for an explosive occupant crash protection such as air bag or seat belt fastener, and can be manufactured at low cost with good productivity. SOLUTION: The conducting element includes a metal support 3, at least one first access opening 4 in which a metal rod 5 is disposed in an electrically insulating fixing material, and at least one second access opening. The other metal rod 6 is fixed in the second access opening by soldering, and a solder material for the soldering fills up a solder gap 30 between the metal rod 6 and the inner wall of the second access opening in an electrically conducting state.
