The present invention relates to a massage cup with a dual structure for a massage apparatus, wherein the massage cup is provided with negative pressure generated by a negative pressure generator arranged in the massage apparatus, and wherein the massage cup can be easily disassembled and assembled and properly washed and disinfected. The massage cup of the present invention comprises: an outer cylinder having a nipple which is in communication with a negative pressure source via a connection tube and which has an open bottom, and the lower end of which has a first skin contact portion; and an inner cylinder which has an outer circumference detachably coupled to the inner circumference of the outer cylinder, and which has an open top and an open bottom, and the lower end of which has a second skin contact portion, wherein said second skin contact portion is set higher than the first skin contact portion such that the second skin contact portion is stepped from the first skin contact portion.
