The retainer has a base plate (5) connected with a locking bolt (3) designed as a u-shaped locking bracket. The base plate is screwed with a counter-plate (10) under an intermediate layer between a vehicle body sheet metal (1) and a damping layer (21). A screw connector (11) is supported at the counter plate and the base plate. Another damping layer (22) is arranged between the counter plate and the base plate. The damping layers are found on different sides of the vehicle body sheet metal. The damping layers consist of elastomer.
