PURPOSE: A method for dying color salt having a specific color is provided to be eco-friendly using natural materials, to obtain visual effects due to colors of the salt and to enhance the functionality, usefulness, and utilization of the salt. CONSTITUTION: A method for dying salt using natural materials comprises: a step(S1) of drying salt at 60°C or greater and drying the salt using cold air for 5 hours after eliminating bittern from the salt and roasting the salt; a step(S2) of manufacturing salt with natural colors, which is extracted from vegetables, fruits, barks, flowers, or medicinal herbs. The vegetables are manufactured by mixing juice and soju in a weight ratio of 7:3 and aging the mixture for a day. The fruits are manufactured by mixing fruit juice and the soju in a weight ratio of 5:5 and fermenting the mixture for 3 days. The barks are manufactured by dipping the barks in the soju for 5-15 days and boiling the mixture at 100°C or greater. The flowers is aged in the soju for 24 hours. The medicinal herb is manufactured by dipping the medicinal herbs in the soju for a month; a step(S3) of mixing extracted natural dyes with salt in a volume ratio of 3:1, respectively; and a step(S4) of drying the mixture. |
