<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sanitarily and easily raise/lower a toilet seat by using a toilet seat lifting lever. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The toilet seat lifting lever includes one fixing window (M), and has a function of firmly fixing the fixing window (M) as a female member to the rear surface of the toilet seat by fitting the female member into a toilet seat cushion fixing root (N1) as a male member, and a function of allowing the toilet seat to be easily raised/lowered by operating a lever extended to the outside of the toilet seat. The toilet seat lifting lever is characterized by the parameters of the fixing window, L (length of the fixing window), R (radius of a hole bored in either end of the fixing window), W (width of the toilet seat lifting lever), D (thickness of the toilet seat lifting lever) and N (whole length of the toilet seat lifting lever) as follows: 45 mm≤L≤55 mm, 7 mm≤R≤14 mm, 2R<W≤50 mm, 1 mm≤D≤4 mm, and 50 mm≤N≤200 mm.
