摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical frequency domain reflectometry capable of inhibiting phase fluctuations of a lightwave caused by a disturbance to a delay fiber of a reference interferometer to allow a high-resolution measurement of even an object having a long measurement distance. SOLUTION: The present invention detects a monitoring beat signal between output light from a light source 11 and light obtained by delaying the output light by the delay fiber 19 through the reference interferometer 15, detects a measurement beat signal between the output light from the light source 11 and back scattered light and reflected light obtained by making the output light incident upon a measurement object 14 through a measurement interferometer 13, corrects the measurement beat signal based on the monitoring beat signal, and includes a soundproof mechanism 20 inhibiting the phase fluctuations of the lightwave caused by the disturbance to the delay fiber 19 of the reference interferometer 15 in the optical frequency domain reflectometry (OFDR) for measuring a reflection rate in a lightwave propagation direction of the measurement object.
