<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in using a member's card, to restrain the peep, leakage and abuse of a personal identification number, to improve the security of the member's card, to restrain damage when the member's card is stolen, and to protect the benefit of members. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Prizes not requiring the collation of personal identification numbers, and the limit amount thereof are registered beforehand in a storage means 33 of a management computer 30. After the authentication of the member's card, a prize for exchange specified and the amount of the prize for exchange input in a prize vending machine 40 are transmitted to a prize exchanger 10. When a control means 19 of the prize exchanger 10 determines that the prize for exchange is included in the prizes not requiring the collation of the personal identification number and that the amount of the prize of exchange is not more than the limit amount, the prize vending machine 40 is allowed to put out the prize without the input of the personal identification number.
