<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer conveying belt capable of correcting meandering of the belt easily and inexpensively and to provide an image forming device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Since an annular rib R or groove G is formed along the peripheral direction in at least an end part on one side of an outer peripheral face of the endless transfer conveying belt itself for transferring a toner image on an image holding body (a photosensitive member drum 21) and transferring the formed toner image on a recording medium (a printing paper P), this transfer conveying belt can correct meandering of the belt easily and inexpensively by guiding it along the rib R or the groove G even if its diameter is small.
