PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry a rotating type plastic working apparatus along with a control device even while suppressing vibration caused by drawing from transmitting to the control device that is precision equipment. SOLUTION: The rotating type plastic working apparatus includes a base BS for integrally holding: a drive rotating mechanism 16; a working body 2; and a positioning mechanism 3, and a self-installing member IH capable of self-installing the control device C. The control device C is configured to be fixable integrally to the base BS in a release state that the self installation of the control device C by the self-installing member IH is released.
